We will be staying at the IBZ (auf English: The International Center for Academic Exchange; German: Internationales Begegnungszentrum der Wissenschaft). It's located near Rüdesheimer Platz in the "quiet, leafy district of Wilmersdorf in the south-west of Berlin" (as they put it). SIUC friends of ours stayed there during the 2004-2005 academic year, and more will be staying at the same time that we do, making the place a sort of SIU-Berlin. Here's a map of our neighborhood.
